Chinese Internet company Sina Corp.(SINA) said it was hit by a $815,000 fine and received notices from the government that certain licenses would be revoked over “unhealthy and indecent content.” The company separately said it expects first-quarter revenue and adjusted per-share earnings that topped analysts’ expectations. Shares fell 3.4% premarket.

Shares of SINA (NASDAQ: SINA) were also up, gaining 6.89 percent to $56.66 Weibo successfully IPO'ed Thursday morning.
SanDisk (NASDAQ: SNDK) shares were also up, gaining 10.24 percent to $83.62 after the company reported upbeat Q1 results. Morgan Stanley raised the price target on the stock from $82.00 to $90.00.

That has led to announcements of upcoming offerings from other Chinese Internet companies. For example, Sina (SINA) has said its Weibo social media network subsidiary, has filed to list in New York. The initial $700 million figure for the IPO would value Weibo at $7 billion to $8 billion.
